N6—the gorgeous Pallas's cat, who used to live in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Wildlife Zoo.
He was born on June 3, 1997 in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Wildlife Zoo, his parents are uncertain for us at the moment. Read more about the travels of N6.
Unfortunately N6 is not with us anymore. He passed away on February 20, 2008, he was ten years old.
Pallas's cats rarely live more than 5 years in the wild. In zoos under human care Pallas's cats live longer. N6 lived a long and happy manul-life in comfort and being loved.

On March 20, 2002 in Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens five pallas's cat kittens were born to the family of N6 and N5.
On March 31, 2001 in Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens six pallas's cat kittens were born to the family of N6 and N5.
On April 7, 1999 in Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens two pallas's cat kittens were born to the family of N6 and N5.
N6's travel adventures
On September 3, 1998 N6 moved from Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Wildlife Zoo to Higashiyama Zoo and Botanical Gardens. He came with animal exchange program between zoos.
