Will Naim be able to break Tabby's record?
Naim is now 16 years old—essentially the same age as his older sister Tabby. But will he be able to surpass her?
A Little Statistics:
Tabby lived for 16 years, 8 months, and 23 days, or 200 months and 23 days, or 873 weeks and 1 day, or 6,112 calendar days.
Naim has lived for 16 years, 4 months, and 21 days, or 196 months and 21 days, or 855 weeks and 3 days, or 5,988 calendar days.
(as of September 24, 2026)
To break the record, Naim needs to live another 125 days (until January 27, 2027).
So far, Naim is doing fine; he is still alive and healthy, as shown in a recent video of him.
The post will be updated, but only with information related to Naim's health.
Of course, the post is short and, in my opinion, not very well done. But I don't know what else I could add. So here is a photo of little Naim. (It has already been published on the Manulization website, but why not include it here?)

It’ll be very interesting to see how things go; I’m keeping my fingers crossed for the hired worker!!
Let’s not tempt fate.
A reminder: all long-term young manuls are under my own personal adoration.
A kitty qualifies as long-term young upon reaching the full age of 10.
Live a long life, Naimushka!
Prrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
It's incredible how long-lived the whole family has been... A great blessing!
Wishing Naim health as always!
Fun fact: Maituk was the oldest recorded manul. He was 16 years, 9 months, and thirteen days old when he died or 6132 days; That's 20 days older than tabby! That means Naim may break the manul age record on February 16, 2027 or in 145 days.
A strong contender for the unofficial oldest manul ever is N5, She is Tabby and Naim's grandmother. N5 was born in the wild in spring of 1990-1996 and she died on January 12, 2012; this means that she was at least 16 years old when she died and at most 22 🙀. N5 has a strong chance to be the true elder manul but unfortunately I doubt we will ever know.
Maituk, N5
also please excuse me if my math is shabby
I wish the wonderful Naim to break every possible record and live in good health for many more years! 🙏
Naima has such a beautiful coat that you would never think she is already 16 years old.
Certainly, Lately Naima has had times when He has not been feeling well, and his legs seem to be bothering his a little, so there are signs of his age—but He has a good appetite and is full of energy, so we truly hope He will live a long life.
