Kitten of Ula b. 2025 Ⅱ—the beautiful Pallas's cat, who used to live in Gdansk Zoo.
She was born on April 11, 2025 in Gdansk Zoo to the family of Manuel the Pallas's cat and Ula the Pallas's cat.
Unfortunately Kitten of Ula b. 2025 Ⅱ is not with us anymore. She passed away on July 7, 2025, she was two months old.
One of the biggest problems of keeping Pallas's cats in captivity is the high mortality rate among Pallas's kittens. They are most vulnerable during their first year of life. In the first year of life mortality rate among Pallas's kittens in zoos varies from 50% to 70%. In the wild mortality rate varies from 70% to 90%. Unfortunately Kitten of Ula b. 2025 Ⅱ didn't survive the first year of his life.
