Norbu—the terrific Pallas's cat, who used to live in Chemnitz Zoo.
He was born on May 14, 2013 in Center for the reproduction of rare species of animals to the family of Qigong the Pallas's cat and Satori the Pallas's cat. Read more about the travels of Norbu.
Unfortunately Norbu is not with us anymore. He passed away in March of 2024, he was ten years old.
Pallas's cats rarely live more than 5 years in the wild. In zoos under human care Pallas's cats live longer. Norbu lived a long and happy manul-life in comfort and being loved.
