A VERY big problem.
Whenever I search for information about manuls I keep seeing the AI videos of people who own manuls. They are diluting our information and must be stopped to ensure people get the right information about the cats we're trying to protect!

People really watch AI videos where a manul behaves like a house cat and believe them, and then it’s very hard to convince them otherwise.

I really agree. Every time I go on youtube to watch manul videos I see so many AI generated videos which breaks my heart. It's hurting the environment and it is so sad to see. So harmful and sad. ☹️
Really! Before, I often came across similar videos on TikTok, and in the comments most people (probably older) thought it was real, and what’s more, the creators of those videos had the audacity to reply to commenters saying it was fake, telling them they were wrong.

There’s an account on TikTok, and there too they use AI to create videos of a manul playing with a fox. Or manul kittens with fox cubs.
Maybe we report the AI channels for disinformation?

We, pc builders, farmers, manulovers, artists, writers, photographers, zoologists and much more, we have all been hurt in some way by generative AI.
