Makari is outside!
Just saw on the zoo's Instagram that Makari has moved into his outdoor enclosure and is available for viewing! Wisconsin is a liiiiitle far from me, but I hope there's a few Midwestern manulovers who can make him feel welcome and pass along my greetings from his brothers. 💚

We wish Makari a speedy settling-in to his new enclosure, where he can find his favorite spots for sleeping and resting... and for sternly gazing down upon visitors from above! 😄
Wow! Already out for a walk!
That’s good news, thank you 🤗
Is this the very one who hunts beetles and spiders? Then I wish him a successful hunt!
