Manulovers, here’s a unique opportunity! 😻

Around early September, Elmwood Park Zoo in the United States launched a new manul encounter called Pallas’s Playdate.

The exact launch date does not appear to have been announced separately, but the program was already available to visitors by September 3.

During the 15-minute encounter, guests can get very close to Reza and Kasper and feed them some of their favorite treats through the mesh. A keeper stays with the guests throughout the experience answering questions and telling them more about Reza and Kasper.

Each encounter is available for up to two guests aged 12 and over.

The current price is $150 for non-members and $120 for yearly zoo members.

Reza and Kasper only made their public debut at Elmwood Park Zoo this summer, and just a couple of months later visitors already got a chance to meet them almost nose-to-nose with only small layer of mesh in between 😁

You can book Pallas’s Playdate through the Elmwood Park Zoo website.

For anyone interested, Oglebay zoo also has this for $157.

I can not speak to the quality of the ecounter or the zoo itself since I have not visited.

Russian zoos, have you read this news?😃 We’re ready! Just don’t start with Timosha, or else the prices will be Moscow ones. Let’s start with Chip; the cheapest admission to the zoo was there, so the feeding should also not be at Moscow prices😃

What if we pulled something like this with Zhora and his Zhordelki??🤣🤣🤣

No need to thank me for the idea. They’ll definitely like it.

And, come to think of it, our late Great Catriarch Zelochka used to run attractions for visitors FOR FREE. Free of charge.
