The lost item has been found!
More and more travel photo reports featuring our toy manuls are appearing on the website. I have a team of my own that travels with me to different places, including on manul tours.
The team is led by a Saint Bernard from Switzerland named Baron. But we have manulization going on here! Recently, he has been joined by manuls too—Namika, a pin from the Moscow Zoo, and a Pallas's cat pin from the Russian Geographical Society (the earring on the ear). There is also a small Saint Bernard pin from Liechtenstein and a pin featuring the cat from Lizyukov Street (a famous Russian cartoon).
Exactly a week ago, we returned from a Novosibirsk + Krasnoyarsk manul tour, and today it suddenly hit me—where was the Saint Bernard with his charges? I couldn't find them and ran off to work completely distraught. After all, I might have left them on the train or accidentally lost them in the street. I was beside myself for several hours. I wrote to fellow manul fans; they supported me, and once again I was reconstructing the events in my memory when it suddenly dawned on me—they might be in the little camera pouch. I calmed down, because that was a real chance of finding what I'd lost.
I got home a few hours later and hoorrrrraaaaaay—they really were in that gray pouch.

Take care of your toy manuls—and more besides!!!!
Thank you to everyone who encouraged me during those hours.

Анна, Someone will have to stay home on the next trip.
I hope Boris is visible in the last photo.
Wow, how scary - so glad you found them!
It was all Namika. She talked the doggo into playing their favorite feline game with the two-legged one: “the pet has gone missing.”
