Well this is awkward
Any of you who've seen my last post, this is an update and realization.
I wasn't really thinking straight at the time, anxious and hopeless—no I have not committed any crime, just feared that I'd be arrested for speaking my mind.
I'm back because I realized manuls calmed me down, and I've been told to utilize that. The power of manuls is quite healing. So I wanted to go back to this place because of the lovely community here.
I probably won't post as frequently as last time, and I'll have a mix of reflections in my art works.
As for the reason why I made that post, I'm not sure it got cancelled, I've never got any updates from it, but I've been participating peacefully opposing it.
I don't know what you guys might have said in that post either, I deleted it and refuse to check it.
I have made some artwork in the meantime, hope you enjoy!

One thought came to mind.
Pallas's cats were on Earth before us. They have already lived for about 10 million years. They survived our spread across the planet, the emergence of the first states, political crises, wars, the Neolithic Revolution, the rise and fall of the first civilizations, the Bronze Age collapse, the fall of Rome, the Price Revolution, the bourgeois revolution, and the world wars. They will live just as long again, if we humans do not kill them.
I wonder how our economic and political crises look from the perspective of the Pallas's cats’ 10+ million years of experience?
In the unpretentious resilience of Pallas's cats there is a lesson in simplicity that we would do well to learn. No fussing around — just do our job and do it well.

Don't worry, you are absolutely right and doing everything absolutely correctly!
There is nothing wrong with pouring strong emotions onto paper.
And there is nothing wrong with standing up for a just cause. Even if your contribution is small, it is still there. That is better than doing nothing at all.
