Increasing amounts of manuls used for hate
After making my other post in the steppe about this issue, my experiences seeing people using manuls for hate symbols has increased. In under 2 minutes and on one account I was able to find large amounts of hateful content attached to manuls, mainly transphobia and nazism.
As I’ve stated before, this is a platform about fluffy cats and I don’t want to bring politics into it but these people are hurting the image and reputation of the manul.
Here are the examples that I mentioned before:

this is one of the accounts posting vile things about manuls
There are so many more examples under this persons account that I haven’t posted but just remember, manuls judge no matter what ♡

NOT THAT FREAKING "map" FLAG
("Map" its a non-official LGBTQ+ thingy who means "Minor attracted person", disgusting.)
Oh that's upsetting.
Report and block, unfortunately there's not much more to do. :(
Using anything, let alone manuls, for transphobia and neo-nazi things. It's disgusting what some people think.
while i agree with your stance and am disgusted by this maybe this is an issue best raised among a smaller group of manulovers who are more politically inclined. i noticed some responses by particularly aggrieved individuals on the last post on this topic, so rather than poking the proverbial bear perhaps it is best to move these kind of discussion elsewhere.
I came across this person's video too—disgusting.
It gotten worse than last time 💔
Just some context notes from Google:
The phrase "le hecking dogwhistle" combines internet slang with a political concept to mock how people detect hidden political messaging.
The phrase is almost always used ironically or mockingly on forums like Reddit, X (Twitter), and 4chan. It is typically deployed in two ways:
• To mock over-analysis: People use it to ridicule someone they believe is seeing hidden bigotry, malice, or political signaling where none exists (e.g., "He drank a glass of milk? Must be le hecking dogwhistle!").
• To mock specific internet archetypes: It parodies the speech style of stereotypical Redditors or online activists who frequently label opposing views or common symbols as hidden alt-right or left-wing codes.
So, it seems you are not getting the irony.
There is a Russian proverb: “I heard a ringing, but I don’t know where it is coming from.”
What is it about eating me that is so incomprehensible, for crying out loud (not a fig!!) There’s a manulization symbol there; I don’t understand what people who love girls or boys are guilty of if you are one of them. The main thing is for manuls to get enough sleep!
tashilover, I’m not sure exactly where to post this unfortunately ☹️
anna_yu, I’m getting the irony… it’s just spreading a bad message. There’s blatant proof on the screen showing people using manuls to spread hateful messages. I don’t care if it’s ironic or not, it’s still hurtful…
Odinea / Одинея, "There’s blatant proof on the screen showing people using manuls to spread hateful messages"
There is no such a proof on the screen. And not a single 'hateful message' has been shown during the entire week this topic has been pushed.
The "problem" seems to exist in a couple of small local TikTok accounts and is easily resolved by closing the TikTok app and reading some books instead.
The funny thing is that they are mocking literally this alarmist "wanna see politics everywhere" activism.
Odinea / Одинея, it would appear you have attracted the same individual to this post. i would suggest making a private chat on a separate platform and discussing efforts there to avoid their ire and misplaced anger.
