She was born on April 8, 2005 in Parco Faunistico La Torbiera to the family of Qatz the Pallas's cat and Madre the Pallas's cat.
Unfortunately this manul is not with us anymore. She passed away on May 14, 2005, she was one month old.
One of the biggest problems of keeping Pallas's cats in captivity is the high mortality rate among Pallas's kittens. They are most vulnerable during their first year of life. In the first year of life mortality rate among Pallas's kittens in zoos varies from 50% to 70%. In the wild mortality rate varies from 70% to 90%. Unfortunately Daughter of Madre b. 2005 didn't survive the first year of his life.
