Name question about Daughter of Lolo 2024 Ⅴ the Pallas's cat
How come "Daughter of Lolo 2024 V the Pallas's cat" doesn't have a name yet?
I've only seen this naming convention used for new born minuls, but it's quite shocking to me not being able to find a name for a manul born in 2024!
I was wondering if she has and official name or nickname.
And if not, why so?

Her siblings have the names :0 I wonder why she hasn't been named...
same situation with manul "Son of Eve 2023 Ⅴ", so its even more shocking because thats of 2023 haha

In short, the Novosibirsk Zoo does not always disclose the animals’ names. Moreover, I cannot even state with certainty that all the animals in our zoo have names.
We do not know the “real” names of Loloshka, born in 2024, V, and Evchonok, born in 2023, V. At the very least, these names have not been made public.
Sometimes Vika and Roma manage to find out the “official” names of the manuls (and perhaps even get permission to announce them), and then a news item appears on the site, from which we learn what our beloved fluffballs are really called, for example,

Pavel Burov, Daughter of Lolo 2024 V was moved to the non-public facility of amazonia zoo early on, which has probably prevented us from getting the official names for both of the manuls located there.
I wonder if the facility releases updates on their conditions or if Vika and Roma keep in contact with them.
But if the names or status are private for any reason, I would be willing to respect their wishes.

I assume that this pair of Pallas's cats has names given to them at Amazonia Zoo (a non-public organization), but, alas, at the moment we are not in contact with them, and so we do not have that information.
We have reason to believe that the girl, Lolo V's daughter, had a name at the Novosibirsk Zoo as well, but we would not want to spread information that we are not sure of 🙏
If we find out for certain, we will definitely add it to the site! 🤗
