question about shafran
hello everyone!! this question has been troubling me for a while so i just wanted to straight up ask about it. does anyone know how shafran is doing?? i know she had paw surgery in april/may but i havent seen any updates about her since then and its already august. i also havent seen any recent photos of her and its starting to worry me :( is anyone informed about the state she is in??

There have been no official follow up reports from Ueno Zoo regarding Saffron, and details remain unknown.
I happened to overhear a conversation between a zookeeper and a regular visitor, Saffron weighs about maybe 3kg, and I heard that making her lighter than about 5kg Klyon or Primura.
So, Saffron might still need a rehabilitation period.

I took this photo yesterday. She seems to be doing fine, but it's sad that her enclosure is so small. It's about the size of one of those tiny rooms in cat hotels.
Daniil Kharkov, yeah unfortunately from what i know the conditions in the ueno zoo arent the best :( i hope that shafran (and other animals from ueno) will be moved one day to a zoo with better enclosures.
