Little Az and Eru
Hi everyone! Does anyone know why they were shaved and had their mustaches trimmed as children? Is it related to illness or the fact that they were nursed back to health by humans?

I assume that the fur was trimmed for hygienic purposes; the mother did not lick the babies, since they were looked after and fed by people from birth.
I don't know about the mustache, that's also interesting.
This is Az and El, Polly was very sick and they had to be seperated due to her killing herself to feed them and keep them alive, this was a litter of 8 minuls and the others passed from infection, so they shaved them and cleaned them to make sure no infection had spread.
