Duchess is here! 😻
My first sighting of Duchess after she's arrived.. I was talking to some staff and it appears she got here just last week. She is very elusive and hidden but she did come out for food, and her keeper had a much better picture of her than the one I managed to get. She has no inside area in her enclosure as that's attached to Akikos side, but she has two little huts for her to hide in, although she seems to prefer bushes. The keeper said they probably won't be kept together but they will see how they react to eachother over the next few months. Akiko has been acting visibly different and he is very interested in her enclosure so I hope it will go well 🙏.
I'm glad after all the trouble she managed to arrive safely and seems to be doing well. I should be going back next week so if I'm lucky I'll maybe manage to spot her again.
