Who has seen which of Timosha’s relatives?
Please reply to this message with a list of the manuls from Timofey’s family tree that you have seen.
My example: 1) Timofey
2) Pepe and her four children
I’d especially be glad to know if you’ve seen Lastochka or Zelenogorsk in person. In addition, please add your favorite relative of Timofey. Don’t be shy, reply!

At the very beginning of our manul obsession, we came to the zoo in the summer and watched Lastochka and her kittens, and even filmed them a little. Among those kittens was Timosha too!
I had the chance to see Zelenogorsk. In May last year. That encounter first led me to the Manulization Telegram channel and chat, and a little later to the website. In those days I managed to take this photo:
The manul was so cozy and sociable that for the first time in my life I wanted to know what his name was. I remembered seeing a YouTube video about a manul putting its paws on its tail (yes, that very one), found the Telegram and website links in the description, and thought, this is clearly Karaganda. I wrote in Telegram, saying, look at how beautiful Karaganda is today. And in reply I was told, well, actually this very Karaganda is called Zelenogorsk 🤣 And that was the start of it all.
On June 12 I flew to Novosibirsk. To the manuls, and especially to my beloved Zelenogorsk. I arrived in the evening, went to sleep, and early in the morning headed to the zoo. And I came to an empty enclosure. It had clearly been cleaned and was uninhabited. It felt as if I’d been hit with a sack of dust. That day, June 13, I wandered around somewhere, looked at some manuls, and kept returning to Zelenogorsk’s empty enclosure. Only a few weeks later did I learn that Zelya had been moved to a non-display enclosure for treatment. And much later still I learned that this had happened on the afternoon of June 12, around the time I was boarding the plane.
That May meeting, stretched out over several days, remained the only one.
I see our beautiful great-great-grandma, Lasta, regularly. She has declined a lot over the past few months. Even for the New Year 2026, she was still young, lively, and cheerful:
In May, she was reluctant to go out for walks and looked at people warily.
I love our great-great-grandma very much; in June, I even passed on greetings to her from Ttmoshenka:
All manuls are beloved, of course, but among Timosha’s relatives, I especially love, of course, the great Siberian manul ancestress Lastochka. She is such a cozy and wonderful great-great-grandmother 🥰😻
Pavel Burov, very sad.
I haven't seen anyone 😢😢
I also saw Timofey, Pepe, and the little ones❤️
