Imagine a person who has always wanted to see the stern, fluffy manul from the “Pet the cat!” meme. And so they finally made it to Novosibirsk, went into the zoo, and found the manul alley. No one is around. Feeling a little disappointed, they go to see the leopards nearby and find an enclosure with a manul. Their heart pounding with anticipation, they peek inside, and there… Silka is just lounging around 😹

The cat is lounging around.
Why do I like this photo so much?

Pavel Burov, The manul has the day off.
Today, it’s okay not to be stern.
Kaifushka is enjoying life!
